Day 2 Highlights
- Breakfast: Begin the day with a wholesome breakfast featuring local Kangaroo Island produce.
- Flinders Chase National Park: With our accommodation so close, we are the first in the Flinders Chase National Park missing the crowds. Discover iconic landmarks like Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch, surrounded by stunning coastal landscapes.
- Platypus Walk: Take a peaceful bushwalk through eucalyptus forest in search of the elusive platypus. This tranquil loop offers a rare chance to spot one of Australia’s most unique and shy creatures in its natural habitat, along with kangaroos, wallabies, and a variety of birdlife.

What vehicle do you use on the Groovy Grape Kangaroo Island tour?
On our 2-Day Kangaroo Island Wildlife Adventure, we travel in comfortable, air-conditioned Toyota Coaster (20-seat) or Toyota Commuter (12-seat) minibuses, depending on group size. These small-group vehicles are perfect for Kangaroo Island’s roads, with big windows for wildlife and coastline views and plenty of room to relax.
For this multiday tour, we also tow a luggage trailer so we can keep baggage out of the bus and accommodate bigger bags.
What should I pack for a 2-day Kangaroo Island tour?
Pack light: an overnight bag, comfortable clothes, enclosed shoes, a warm layer (even in summer), toiletries, and a reusable water bottle. We take care of everything else, including bedding, meals and transport.
Is food included on the Kangaroo Island tour?
We include breakfast on day 2, lunch on both days and dinner on day 1 with dietary needs catered for when advised in advance.
